ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGE MANAGER

JOB CONTENT:


The incumbent will ensure that effective embedding of change to achieve sustainable business results by focusing the organization’s collective ability to proactively spot and respond to the changing needs of business.

Responsibilities will primarily include the planning and coordinating of change related activities including building a shared urgency for change, motivating and involving stakeholders, communicating the impact of change, establishing success measures and training and educating to equip people with necessary skills.

The position will also focus on Organisational Diagnostics (e.g. employee surveys etc), helping facilities change in mindset and behavior and educating programme / project leaders and employees on change.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
* Master’s degree in any field.

* 8-10 years work experience in Human Resource Management.

* Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing people and creating / maintaining high-performance teams.

* Expertise in designing, shaping enabling organizational change.

* Excellent influencing skills; Capable of interacting at all levels within the organization.

JOB CONTENT:

Drive world class, integrated financial performance management processes that support and challenge the business to deliver added value.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
* 2-4 years post qualification experience with reputable organizations in core finance disciplines such as Treasury, Tax, Planning & Reporting, Financial modeling / analysis and Corporate Finance.

* Chartered Accountants / ACMA & CIMA graduates / MBAs with majors in Finance or Accounting from top university are encouraged to apply.
