Responsibilities
* Manage Sales. Marketing and Business Development activities in the assigned area with complete P&L responsibility.
* Lead a team of Hub Managers/ Branch Managers towards achievement of monthly/ quarterly and yearly business targets.
* Develop and execute innovative Marketing and Business Development strategies in line with the business model of the Bank and changing economic environment.

Profile
* Proven track record of managing large sales teams in diverse geographical locations.
* MBA/ Masters degree holder, preferably in administrative / social sciences and DAIBP (completed/ part qualified).
* 10-15 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in a similar position.
* Excellent written and oral communications skills with a knack of man-management.
* Initiative, drive and a problem solving approach towards work.

Position will be based in Lahore.
