Streetcar, the pay-as-you-go car club, is rapidly expanding and needs motivated, hard-working individuals to assist our member services team. We are not a multinational juggernaut chugging along at 2% growth a year offering you a job done by hundreds before you. Instead, Streetcar is pioneering the concept of car clubs across the UK and has doubled in size every six months for the last three years. Indeed, we have even more ambitious growth plans for the coming 12 months which will provide much scope for talented individuals who can deliver.
The Role:
Working within our Member Services Team, you will initially be taking bookings from members, dealing with their queries and providing excellent service on a range of issues. We loathe the concept of call centres and deliberately staff our member services team with high calibre individuals who we empower to deal with issues rather than just logging them for escalation to another team. Member Services is the core to our business and we deliberately recruit people capable of progressing within our team.
As a company which will double in size in the next 12 months alone there are fantastic opportunities for ambitious people. Most importantly, because nobody has done what we are doing on the scale that we are in the UK there are no established industry practices and so we are in unique position of having a blank canvas. • Reasonable travel time to our Head Office in Wimbledon
SALARY: £18k – £20k depending on experience.
