Our client is one of the well-known IT solution provider company (Software House) working from last decade. They are leading IT solution provider group in Pakistan . Their Services offered in various sectors like Automobile, Textile, Oil and Gas, Educational, Media, Telecommunication, Financial and Government. We have following job opening for their Karachi office.

Job Profile:

The Director Sales is a senior sales position that is responsible for regional sales within the Company Sales Organization. The Director Sales manages sector wise sales managers to provide leadership and direction to meet challenging objectives as outlines in the regional business plan.

Job Description:

· Senior sales position in charge of all regional sales activities and personnel involved in Sales for Company. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales regional department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
· Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
· Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
· Directing the staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
· Preparing monthly analysis of individual sales performance and results.
· Analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy and assisting sales force in promoting sales.
· Planning and scheduling monthly sales meetings with sales force.
· Delivering sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
· Meeting with key clients to assist sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
· Analyzing and controlling expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
· Assisting other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
· Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competition.
· Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
· Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in Business Plan.
· Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/ divisions of the region.
· Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the region.
· Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the region.
· Senior responsibility for all Trade Accounts Receivables. Monitors A/R aging on a proactive basis with his personnel, liaison with Finance department.

Requirement:
· Bachelors degree in IT related field, MBA is highly desirable.
· Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales management capacity

Salary: 100,000 – 130,000 Pak Rs (negotiable)
