Sub-grants Officer(1) and Finance Assistant (1)

Sub-grants Officer -:
The position holder is responsible for certification of partner / sub-grantees expenditure reports
for completeness, accuracy and verification, compliance with GAAP, visiting partner's field office/s and reviewing the systems and process in place.
Assist in the partner capacity building. The position holder is responsible for preparation of financial report for JICA.



Finance Assistant:
The Finance Assistant will be primarily responsible for the Data entry in the financial systems, bank support activities and disbursement functions. S/he will provide support to Finance and
Sub-grants Officer in tasks including preparation and deposit of withholding taxes, checking documentation, reconciliations and ensure effective filling.



Desired Qualification B.Com, BBA, CA-Inter,
preferable: MBA, M.COM CA
with 2 to 5 years of work experience in Development sector preferably in an INGO & JICA Grants.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
