U.S based company seeks web developers (All Pakistan)

We are U.S based and seeking web/software developers in Pakistan.
We have many upcoming clients that require their businesses to be visible online.
A standard site will have following:
5-6 web pages (XHTML,CSS,PHP,.NET, Flash knowledge preferred)
One of the web pages will have their online specials.
Admin page- that allows them to add/update/delete images and details about their online specials
Thats it...the usual turn around for such work should not take you more than 2 days. If the specs for the project requires more work, more compensation will be added.
So if you deliver just 10 projects a month. You will make $500. This is equivalent to Rs. 39,500.

Note: You must have access to high speed internet and UPS so that project is not delayed by load shedding / power outage.
