Job Description:

Responsible for the entire sales management of the assigned zone.
Achieve agreed zonal sales objectives within allocated expense budget.
Responsible for annual sales objectives and expense budgets
Responsible for evaluating impacts on sales trend
Identify areas of improvement for the overall development of the business.
Responsible for carrying out promotional strategies in liaison with the marketing unit.
In-depth sales analysis at zonal level and recommendation of strategic plan.
To have in-depth product /disease knowledge for the products being promoted
To maintain relationship with KOLS.
Skills Required
Can display positive energy, should be highly energetic and dynamic individual who can be a role model for entire team
Should believe in execution and lead the team towards excellence.
Should have concentrated knowledge of cancer disease area.
Should be highly creative and able to find new ways to increase Ferozsons Market share.
Excellent business acumen
Ability to work cross functionally with a demonstrable record of considerable success as first line manager
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.
The individual will need to understand various methods market research, commercial assignments, competitive analysis
Strong commitment to quality
