Job Description:
To manage the HR Department, defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures, under the direction of the management, and to contribute to the development of the corporate HR provision that meets the needs of the Business.

- To Provide Training support according to company's need.
Skills Required
The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes
- Sound knowledge of human behavior & development (customer focus, end-user understanding etc.)
- Knowledge & skills of HR administrative services and be able to develop HR policies and procedures.
- High level of knowledge and competence in specialized areas such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, organization management, change management, HRIS, Competence Management & development etc.
- Knowledge & skills in using relevant IT application & tools.
- Ability to provide training support according to company's need.
- Decision making skills
- People management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well developed interpersonal skills
