Job for Creative Manager / Coordinator at Binary Vibes - Karachi

The selected candidate will work it the creative & design department and will perform the following tasks:

- Work with the graphics designers to make sure customer satisfaction and quality of service are met
- Provide customer support to overseas clients via telephone, email and live chat.
- At least 1 year experience in sales / customer support and project coordination, preferably in web design services industry
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Self starter, result oriented and hard working
- Exposure to US/UK clients will be preferred

This job is based in Karachi, so candidates living in any other city do not need to apply.

- Manage complete end to end order process, from service acquisition to execution and after-sales support.
- Monitor, manage, revise and create wherever necessary, the standard operating procedures for service enhancement.
