Reports To: Managing Director / Country Head

Compensation:
Gross Salary: Minimum 50K To Maximum 75K

Bonus: 13th Salary + 10% (Anual Salary) Performance Based

Responsibilities:
• Develop, Drive & Monitor Process Improvement Initiatives
• Ensure The Set KPI’s For The Department Are Achieved
• Assist In Setting Customer Service/CRM Strategies To Maintain Competitive Edge
• Review Performance Periodically With The Teams, Identify Performance Gaps & Work With Ams To Bridge The Same
• Work Closely With Other Department Heads To Improve Overall Delivery Performance
• Work Closely With The Ams In The Capability Improvement Exercise
• Assist BDM In The Key Account Strategy Planning & Implementation
• Assist Team In Resolving Crisis Situations
• Drive The Team Towards Achieving Department Objectives
• Effectively Utilize HR Department To Maximize Output
• Maintain Healthy Relationship With Customers
• Forecast, Anticipate Future Business/Customer Needs For Effective Decision Making
• Liaise With Customers And Internal Business Process Owners.
• Guide And Coach Asst. Managers To Maintain High Level Of Customer Service With All Customers
