Software Team Lead at Wavetec - Karachi

** Responsible for the timely completion and delivery of software projects in compliance to the Product Road Map
** Creating SRS / FS, Prototypes, database and other design diagrams for the projects.
** Setting and following up on the project plans
** To ensure Project deliveries are in conformance to the functionality as defined in the SRS / FS.
** Responsible for the on-time quality development of software projects
** Provide guidance and training to development team members as needed.

Qualification
BS/MS in Computer Science from a Recognized Institute/Foreign University

Experience
At-least 6-8 years of experience in the IT Industry, which includes
At least 02 years of Software Team Lead experience
o4-5 years of software development experience on various technologies of MS Windows / Linux
C / C++, C#, MS SQL, ASP.net, VB.Net,
Linux C / C++, my SQL, PHP, JAVA

Skills
Technical
Well versed in C/C++/C#/Java
Must have good hands on SQL Server 2000/2005
Must possess effective analytical and problem solving skills
Must be familiar with Linux (Linux Development Experience will be a PLUS)
In-depth knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies.
Very strong knowledge of software development estimation techniques such as functional point or use case point estimation.
