Assistant Manager Policy - Retail Credit
Dubai Bank is looking for Assistant Manager Policy - Retail Credit to be filled in with immediate effect.
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for review, formulation, documentation, approval finalization and communication of the Bank’s credit policies for respectively assigned segments / products within Retail Asset portfolio.
The job requires an in-depth understanding of the regional market & products from credit risk perspective, as well as hands on expertise in systems and processes to formulate and evaluate prudent credit policies as per industry best practices to optimize portfolio quality and profitability
Job Requirements:
*5-8 years experience in Retail Credit, of which minimum 1-2 years spent in credit policy management.
*Skills for identification, enhancement, coordination & implementation of systems and processes related to automating the credit management process.
*Excellent coordination, interpersonal and communication skills, across functional & hierarchical levels.
*Excellent analytical skills and a deductive approach for MIS.
*Must be independent, well organized self-motivated and with an eye for details.
*Exposure to Islamic Financing and UAE market will be a significant advantage.
