Job Description: Required a qualified and / or experienced person for the post of IT Support Officer in our Information Solutions Department for long contract basis.

The candidate must;
1. have atleast 2 to 3 year of experience in IT support (Helpdesk);
2. have knowledge of Lotus Notes client software;
3. have experience of installation and troubleshooting of OS (XP, 2003 etc.). An MSCSE will be an additional advantage.
4. have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. be well mannered.
6. have good communication skills.

The above candidate will report to Manager Information Solutions.
Proposed salary is Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 15,000 depending on the experience and knowledge set.
The age of the candidate should not more than 30.
