10. Ensure strict disciplining at all levels addresses grievances and
compliance of company rules & procedures.

making tough decisions on non performance.

3. Follow-up with QCD (Quality Control Department) for approval of Raw and
Packaging Materials.
4. To generate MRP of Toll-out products and ensure Raw and Packing Materials
deliveries to smooth run of planned production.
5. Plan new product launches and follow-up deliveries accordingly.
6. Monitor stock levels & expedite / de-expedite accordingly.
