Porduct Managers (Job Code: BM-011)
Qualification / Skills: MBBS / life science graduate +MBA. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Experience: 1 to 2 years product management experience.
Responsibilities: Developing marketing strategies for allocated products, creating promotional campaigns, themes and concepts on the basis of market research, preparing and executing action plans and imparting training to field force. Identifying and analyzing strategic business opportunities.

Sales Managers (South, Central & North) (Job Code: BM-012)
Qualification / Skills: Life science Graduate / BPharm / MSc. MBA (desirable), plus good sales management skills.
Experience: Overall 8 years in pharma sales with 4 years as Regional Sales Manager or 2 years in similar capacity.
Responsibilities: Planning, directing and controlling of sales activities to achieve assigned objectives, sales management results and qualitative team development. Planning and control of expenditure to ensure cost efficiency. Coordinating and partnering with marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.

Regional Sales Managers (All Major Cities) (Job Code:BM-013)
Qualification / Skills: Life science graduate / BPharm / MSc., plus field force management skills.
Experience: Fresh or up to 3 years in similar capacity.
Responsibilities: Achieving product-wise annual sales targets. Creating and increasing product awareness through various activities including sharing critical product information with key customers.

Cost & Budget Executive (Job Code: FA-091)
Qualification: CMA Part Qualified.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry of product costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, variance analysis and MIS reporting.
