Law graduate from a University recognized by HEC, or member of the ICAP/ICMAP, or any recognized Institute of Secretaries.


15 years post qualification experience of which at least 2 years of relevant experience, minimum age of 35 years.

Job Description:
This position has overall responsibility for the bank's financial operating results. It prepares, presents and interprets financial reports for management, Board of Directors and governmental authorities.

Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the:
· Asset/Liability management.

6. He/She prepares, presents and interprets financial reports to management, Board of Directors, shareholders and governmental authorities. He/she directs the preparation of all fiscal reporting, such as cost accounting, budgets, regulatory authorities and government reports.

Master degree in Accounting and Finance.
Minimum 10 years experience directly related to Accounting/Finance where at least 5 years must have been in managerial capacity (CFO position) in a commercial bank.
