Monthly Salary PKR 80,000 – 125,000, LFA, Medical, Bonus, PF, Gratuity, Pension.
Education ü Should be MBA/ MPA in HRM from a reputable university/ institute.
Experience ü Minimum of 8 years relevant managerial experience with three years core in the field of Training and Development, performance appraisal, career and succession planning.
Skills Required ü Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate verbally and in writing.
ü Effective time management and ability to prioritize the job responsibilities.
ü To be able to work under pressure and to handle sizable volume of activities.
ü Presentable and confident in completing the assigned tasks.
Areas of Responsibility
ü Initiate and implement Training and Development activities.
ü Dealing with various divisions/ departments in the refinery to assess future HR needs in terms of manpower requirements and restructuring, career and succession planning addressing training and fulfillment needs.
ü Improving performance appraisal system, reduce attrition rate and increase employee retention etc.
ü Job analysis, review of job design and description.
ü Conduct training need analysis and develop a training plan to enhance employee’s skill sets of the end users.
