Department Overview:

The Emerging Markets IT team supports the Emerging Markets business globally. The mandate is to support Front Office trading which includes the following Rates products: interest rate derivatives (vanilla & exotic); exchange-traded futures, bonds, repos, FX (vanilla & exotic) and money-market products. Main Function/Duties:

* The candidate will play a critical role in building and defining documentation templates that supports traceability and effectively links requirements to testing and design

Skills Required
Must have at least 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of planning, management/administration and capacity building.

The candidate must be familiar with the monitoring & evaluation strategies and should be able to develop log frame matrics.

Must possess analytical report writing skills and excellent; communication and interpersonal skills Capability of working in a multi disciplinary team environment Proficiency in Ms word/Excel experience of having interacted professionally with Govt. Agencies, NGOs. international and domestic donors and knowledge of Pakistan' education sector.

Skills Required
The ideal Candidate must have:

• A graduate degree in Electncal Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience or Diploma in Electrical with 7 years experience.
