Job Description
SRSO is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the vacant posts of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Manager Internal Audit.
Responsibilities:
The Manager Internal Audit will be responsible for the implementation and compliance of all policies and procedures so that the processes are followed as per adopted by the organization, highlight the areas/function where there is any non-compliance of policies and procedures. Its work will not only restrict to finance sections but also encompass operational aspects as well. For this purpose, produce a report on the findings and submit to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on monthly basis.
Interpersonal Skills:
•Should be very numerate, accurate, detail-oriented, flexible and creative.
•Have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self starter, initiator, proactive with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills including motivational & leadership quality, having IT background and extensive knowledge of process and internal control in a large industrial company/organization.

Skills Required
•MBA/MS (Finance)/CA/CA Inter (Articles completed) /ACCA
•Minimum 4-5 years experience in the same position at any international/national organization.
•Candidates should be Professional Qualified Accountants with membership of recognized professional body (ies).
•Should have adequate knowledge of company, corporate and other related laws.
