Customer Services Relationship Officer

Job Description:
• Should be able to handle queries from internal & external customers
• Liaison with local commercial and overseas -corn-Banks
• Effective Correspondence with Domestic and Foreign Banks
• Having good command over written and spoken English
• Must possess knowledge of Foreign Trade Transaction & their settlement modes
• Knowledge of UCP-600, URR-725
• Should be able to resolve Cash Management queries

As per policy all hiring in the organization is done on contractual basis initially for three years renewable with mutual consent. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package according to market, commensurate with their qualification/experience and all fringe benefits including Medical, House and Car Finance facility. Skills Required
Qualification:
Graduate preferably MBA from a reputed institute / university recognized by HEC

Experience:
Minimum 02 years relevant experience in international / foreign trade and /or correspondent Banking Operations
