Job Description:
• Plan and monitor the implementation of regional HR strategies and initiatives.
• Preparation of the Manpower plan and budget, analyze supply and demand, and develop recruitment plan.

• Lead and control the maintenance of data pertaining to HR, Planning and Recruitment to ensure the integrity and reliability of data to be used by the department and region.

Skills Required
Qualification/Experience:
