PayRoll Manager Required

Job Description:

* Head the payroll department responsible for managing payroll and HR systems for TRGs portfolio companies
* Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly payroll processing
* Directly coordinate with HR and payroll counterparts in portfolio company sites
* Ensure that HR system is kept updated with employees information
* Maintain relevant accounts in a timely fashion
* Prepare management reports as and when required

Should be able to manage flexible work hours (may be required to permanently work night hours if needed)
Should be able to work under pressure
Should have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Should have good computer skills
Should have good administrative skills and experience in managing small teams
May be required to travel to portfolio companies sites, when required
