Admin & Logistics Assistant (Lahore)
* Minimum Education: MBA-Masters of Business Administration
* Minimum Experience:4 to 5 Years
Responsibilities:
* Managing the CEO’s electronic and postal correspondence
* Managing CEO’s appointments
* Ensure CEO has relevant information and briefing for meetings
* Organize travel arrangements
* Maintain electronic & hard copy filings system
* Organize logistics for visits and organize meetings
* Production & collation of agendas, papers and minutes for board meetings
* Screening CEO’s telephone calls
Qualification & Experience:
* Must hold a Master degree in Business Administration
* Minimum 4 years of experience in all above mentioned responsibilities
* Ability to work in a fast paced evironment
* Strong organizational skills
