Job Description:
* He will be heading the ACI, EURONET & CTL Productions Systems for Issues Management, Incident Reporting (in case of issue) and “Change Management” for changes in Production Systems
*Payment Systems team management
*Technical Management of the Switches
*Managing Certifications of Switches participants to join Switch ATM/POS network
*Monitoring the performance of the switches
*Managing the delivery of Payment Systems projects
*Managing settlement and reconciliation support extended to BANK members, financial switches
*(MasterCard/ VISA), 1-LINK switch, POS merchants, Core Banking and Bank Branch Operations
* Managing the development of new features/services over ATM and POS
* Managing the delivery of technical support to the Business group for Debit cards, merchant management and settlement issues
* Managing the delivery of on-demand reports/statistics
* Liaison with Vendors (ACI, CTL, EURONET, INFOTEL, HYPERCOM, INGENICO, VeriFone, IBM, PARAGON, RFM-Loyalty, NCR, Wincor/Nixdorf etc) for the resolution/assistin g in technical issues
