Job Description:

·Controls all civil works teams and sub-contractors
·Implementation of Project Plan
·Monitors quality control, health and safety standards on site
·Continuous evaluation of existing and potential Sub Contractors
·Shall ensure that all subordinate departmental staff adhere, at all times, to predetermined processes and best practices
·Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time and to work extended hours if required.

Skills Required
·Should be able to take own initiation when challenged
·Able to circumvent challenges and deliver within required timescale
.Innovativeness and ability to adapt to changes resulting from increased work-loads
·Ability to produce timely results with minimum supervision
·Ability to work under pressure with appreciable accuracy
·A team player
·Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
