Description :
1.To perform the preliminary survey of operations, functions or activities and gathers information on key business risks; evaluates the adequacy of the controls designed to manage those risks; discusses strengths and opportunities for improvement with management and develops recommendations for improvement
2.To Use standard audit techniques to obtain, analyze and appraise data, transactions and records as a basis for providing an objective opinion on the performance of the business activity and the effectiveness of key risk management activities
3.To ensure that all divisions are adhering to proper policies and follow existing Internal Control System.
4.To liaise with the ISO 9001 accreditation body
5.To coordinate the ISO audit process with internal ISO coordinators
6.To conduct Internal Quality Audit activities and develop suitable statistical techniques for continuously checking and improving the Quality system
7.To report to Audit Manager on the policies, procedures programs and activities of the department
8.To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation
9.To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management
10.To conduct any reviews or tasks requested by management, provided a such reviews and tasks do not compromise the independence or objectivity of the internal audit function.
Basic Salary: 6,000
House Rent Allowance: 2,750 for Single 5,500 for Married
