Call Center Trainer (Lahore)
Description
- Train, coach and manage all spectrums of training and development function from conception to completion.
- Deliver effective training, monitor training and participant progress, perform genuine assessment and prepare training reports for management and clients' review.
- Develop, maintain and update training manuals
- Advise the management on the content of training, training systems and issues to improve training quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
