Job Description:

Engineering agreements
Procurement agreements
Plant commissioning agreements
Supervising Tendering / Bidding process
Participation in negotiations
Setting of commercial terms and conditions of contracts
Preparation of contract documents
Award of contracts
Executing change orders / addendum to contracts
Contract monitoring
Checking invoicing / payments under contracts
Availability of logistics / transportation for contracts


Qualification & Experience:

BE with MBA
Atleast 10 year´s experience
Experience in oil refineries, oil exploration companies, oil marketing companies, other process industries [chemical plants, fertilizer, units, etc]
