CONTROLLER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS - ISLAMABAD

A Leading organization in the construction sector is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant having minimum post qualification experience of three years in the construction sector of Pakistan or Middle East .

Position Profile:

The position will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of business operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the business.

Requirements:

The candidate is required to have a Comprehensive knowledge of:
· Strategic planning and execution
· Finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
· Automated financial and accounting reporting systems
· Understanding of Tax Laws & Regulations
The candidate should be able to independently:
· Develop strategic financial policies
· Develop and implement internal control polices and procedures
· Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. Statement and Projections.
· Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
The successful candidates shall be entitled to an attractive remuneration package which shall be determined in accordance with the qualification and experience of the candidates.
