CREATIVE HEAD

Leads and manages Communications team, and critiques all aspects of visual and interface design including logo designing, illustration, 2D and 3D designing, Flash designing, Flash animation, interactive designs, Web designs, HTML, CSS and Div Based HTMLs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Leads and manages Communications team, and critiques all aspects of visual and interface design including illustration, 2D and 3D animation, interactive design and motion
* Integrates fully into our user experience design process and ensures that project vision and creative standards are being upheld
* Ensuring timely completion of Designs
* Ensuring Designs are meeting client and project requirements both as well
* Initiates project vision. Working with clients and internal teams to take initial briefs and turns them into clearly scoped projects
* Keeps up with industry trends and advances in technology, design and media while working closely on planning and execution of clients’ marketing needs with account executives
* Proactively leads, mentors and motivates creative staff at the day-to-day level
* Be a highly accomplished designer, animator or illustrator able to lead by example when required
* Ensures the consistency and the maintenance and development of the visual identity and product image
* Ensures that all project deliverables meet internal quality standards and client requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Fantastic communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experienced with creating and managing strategically focused integrated communications— online/offline
* Proven real world experience of art direction and/or user experience design.
* Ability to manage creative people and make quick and accurate decisions.
* Strong understanding of marketing objectives and applying them for creative development directives
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, writing, management and leadership skills that foster positive and constructive interaction with employees at all levels
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor Degree of Arts/Visual Communications
* Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in same capacity
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design
TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES:
* Flash CS3/CS2
* Web 2.0
* CSS
* HTML both table based & DIV based
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrtor
* 3D studio Max or any other graphic softwares
