The Organization
In order to streamline its business more efficiently, the client with an expansive portfolio catering to variety of industries, are keen on integrating in their team a Finance Director.

The Person:
* Minimum 5 years experience in financial management with multi-faceted direction in the construction chemicals industry
* Demonstrate experience in policy setting at corporate level
* Knowledge of database and accounting, computer application systems to supplicate accurate financial information
* Improving financial controls of the company
* Establishing credit policies for the customers
* Working with major clients to achieve more favorable payment terms
* Must have knowledge of contracting, negotiation, change management, budgeting and cost control principles GAAP(Generally accepted accounting principles)
* Effective communication skills and hands-on decision maker
* Forecast ability to think business creatively
* MBA in Finance, CFA, CPA or CA certifications

Role Specification:
* Develop and direct implementation of strategic business and operational plans
* Financial stewardship of company assets
* Maintaining a strong internal control environment
* Financial and management reporting
* Co-ordinate and evaluate financial programs and systems
* Quantitative and qualitative analysis of projects
