# Extensive hands on experience in Dynamic/Database Driven Web
Applications Development using Adobe Flex and related media technologies.
# Experience of PHP, MySQL, AJAX and Web 2.0 Standards as an
integrated solution to Flex based development is preferred.
# Ability for extensive traveling within the country and outside
(Middle East, Africa, Europe) - if and whenever is required.
# Excellent team spirit by working as a team player.
# Hard work with self motivation and dedication - ensuring the
commitments.

Skills Required

- Excellent grip on Adobe Flex, Action Script, Flash Media Server and
related
- Hands on experience in developing Voice/Video Chat, Conferencing and
Dynamic Multimedia Web Applications
- Strong knowledge of HTML/DHTML, CSS, Web Media and etc.
- Experience of PHP 5.0 or above with MySQL will be a plus
- Experience of AJAX using jQuery, DOJO or Prototype
- Experience of working in Java or .NET based projects will be a plus
