Job Description:
The GSM will be responsible for:
Sales forecasting and achievement of targets with effective Stock Management.
Deliver all the communications of the Head Office to his region and also ensure the effective communication and coordination in the network.
Staff Training and development for highest possible service standard at retail outlets.
Supervise and monitor the shops operations.
Organize the promotional activities to boost the sales as per requirements.
Analyze the market trends through visits.
Explore the new target markets.
Should be aware about the latest trend and consumer buying behavior in his region.
Explore the opportunity to expand the network.

Skills Required
Should have a Masters degree preferable MBA.
Minimum 3 years of experience of retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven ability to control and lead the network in effective way.
