IT opportunities at Credit Suisse
IT Summer Analyst Internship Program
Credit Suisse provides investment banking, private banking and asset management services to clients across the world. Active in over fifty countries and employing more than 45,000 people, we are one of the world’s premier banks.
Starting in July and finishing in September, the ten-week Summer Internship takes place in our London office. The training you receive will give you an understanding of the financial services industry in general, and Credit Suisse in particular, as well as a set of core technical skills. Training sessions are a combination of classroom and workshop-based sessions and assignments.
The Summer Internship takes place at the same time as our Industrial Placements giving you the opportunity to take part in teambuilding and networking events on an IT and firmwide level. We’ll evaluate your progress throughout the course of your internship and, if you impress us, you may be invited to join us on a full-time basis once you complete your studies.
As well as an outstanding academic track record, we’ll expect you to have a degree (or major) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business or Financial Studies. We will also consider any degree followed by an appropriate conversion course, or a Masters in IT, as well as joint Honours degrees. Add to this your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to present and the potential for leadership. You must be in your penultimate year and be available to work from July 2010.
