Need articles to be summarized

I am looking for a talented writer to summarize a set of online articles based on a set of sentences that highlights the main ideas that I want to see highlighted in the summary. These summaries must meet the following requirements:
1) Minimum of 1000 words
2) All content must be checked with CopyScape before submission (I will verify each submission)
3) No grammar or spelling errors
4) You agree to relinquish all rights to the summary you submit.
5) Summary must be "unique".

You MUST demonstrate the ability to write in US English with no grammar or spelling errors!
The budget for this project is between $1-2 per summary.
I need to assess your skills before any offers are made. You will be asked to summarize a sample set of articles.

Payment will be made upon completion (and acceptance) of summaries.
I'm looking for a long-term partnership, and once that has been established we can negotiate different payouts per article.
