Senior Trust Administrator (USA)

Applications are invited for the position of Senior Trust Administrator. The successful applicant will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients consisting of trusts and companies. The successful applicant will be required to deal with all administrative aspects of their portfolio of clients, dealing directly with the clients and their advisors.
The individual must therefore be able to communicate effectively at all levels, work to tight deadlines, and to work overtime as and when required.

The applicant will also be required to read, understand and review financial statements and assist the firm’s client accounting department when necessary with queries on the preparation of financial statements for both trusts and companies.

Responsibilities may also include the review of documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of trusts and companies and to ensure compliance with the same and all aspects of the relevant laws.· Qualifications:o Either a professional certification, such as an internationally recognised accounting designation (CA, CPA or ACCA) or a STEP or ACIS designation and 3-5 years working experience; oro Progress towards such a designation or a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, and 3 - 5 years relevant experience in offshore trust and corporate services; oro A minimum of five years sufficient and relevant experience in offshore trust and corporate services.
