Qualifications:
• BS Architect or equivalent. Graduate degree desirable.

Work Place : Muscat, Oman

Experience
• 5-10 years experience in civil designing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Construction
company knowledge.
• Expertise with skills dealing with clients, commercialization and
joint venturing etc.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
* Computer Literate ..... at minimum knowledge of MS Office to prepare
reports etc
* knowledge of Software like 3D Max, Auto Cad, Photoshop and MS
Projects
* Self Correspondent

Responsibilities include:
• Lead and develop the design department.
• Arrange / conduct meetings with major clients.
• Lead efforts to transform business proposal from concept to a closed
deal.
• Drafting Memorandum of Understanding / Letter of Intent.
• Familiarity to work with project development, consulting services,
design and construction teams.
• Skills in follow-up communication with clients throughout the
project life cycle,
• Conduct computer aided presentation for clients and company
management. Skills to prepare status report.
