COMMERCIAL / MARKETING MANAGER

The position requires managing strong relationships and co-ordination with the OEM`s, After Market dealers, Customers and providing sales and marketing services. Successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Implement and develop Marketing Strategy in conjunction with the company Head, to develop business profit / growth targets.
* Take responsibility for implementing the complete business plan prepared by the company which includes evaluation, planning, packaging, pricing, promotion and introduction (launches) of existing and new products for the market.
* Ensure that the assigned Advertising and Promotional activity and budget for each marketing project is effectively implemented and measured.
* Take responsibility for developing a marketing intelligence tool for the company which will help in future business developments. Identify new market opportunities by utilizing market intelligence including market trends, market needs and opportunities.
* Support the sales team, through implementation of the Business and Marketing plan, in achieving the Sales budget for the current year as well as for the future years through various initiatives.

The Candidate must:

* Hold MBA degree in Marketing from any recognized university.
* Have at least 3-5 years of post qualification professional experience in relevant field of any industry. Automotive industry would be preferable.
* Posses Excellent Communication skills.
* Have good Computer knowledge in order to adjust himself in SAP environment.

Remuneration:

Handsome remuneration package will be offered with company maintained 1300 C.C. Car alongwith other benefit.
