Age 35-40 years
Nature of Employment Permanent
Monthly Salary Basic: SAR 12,838
HRA : SAR 3210
Car allowance: SAR 2000
Education
Educated to degree level with professional qualification in training and development (CIPD or equivalent)
Post graduate qualification (MBS or equivalent) in organizational development / training a distinct advantage.
Experience
At least three to five years of operating within a commercial environment at an equivalent management level.
Experience of training needs assessment, solution design and training delivery facilitation within a commercial organization essential.
Proven track record of designing and implementing change and development programmes through engaging managers in order to gain their commitment and ensuring that the work is facilitated through other professionals.
Skills Required
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
ü Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, ethical behavior in all dealings.
ü Comfortable with change, and working with employees and partners of all levels.
ü Effective time management and ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
ü Strong quality ethos essential.
ü Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
ü Assertive, methodical, tactful and cooperative personality.
Areas of Responsibility
Develop, implement and operate the Training & Development Policy to provide the framework to guide all training and development initiatives in the company.
ü Monitor training policy implementation to ensure compliance and effectiveness in achieving development objectives
ü Develop and implement an appropriate staff performance management system to promote individual performance planning, analysis and feedback thereby facilitating development
ü Plan, coordinate and execute company wide training initiatives in response to company wide development issues
ü Undertake competency development initiatives for the HR, Development and Training staff to enable them to optimally serve the business.
ü Manage major change initiatives in the business from a HR perspective to ensure that change is implemented effectively and efficiently.
ü Ensure that all training data is captured, stored and maintained in an effective and efficient manner to facilitate functioning of HRD.
ü Manage Business Risk effectively in all areas of responsibility.
