Head of Syndicated Financing - Dawood Islamic Bank

Dawood Islamic Bank Limited (DIBL) is a fast growing Islamic Bank sponsored by renowned local and Middle Eastern groups. The bank is rapidly expanding its Investment Banking operations and is in the process of hiting a Head of Syndicated Financing. Resumes are invited from experienced bankers seeking a career in Islamic Banking in the Investment Banking Group.

The incumbent will be required to initiate lead arrangement/syndication mandates, market these mandates and achieve financial closure. He/She will be responsible for achieving targets for asset creation and fee generation. The candidate should have contacts in the Investment Banking Industry and posses strong networking skills.

The applicants must be an MBA from a reputable local or foreign university with a minimum of 7 to 8 years relevant experience in a commercial bank, preferably in the Investment Banking department. In addition, applicants must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
