1. GENERAL MANAGER (International Business)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters Degree/ BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 10-15 years hands on experience in regulatory affairs, market research and establishing local brands in the international market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Overall inchange of developing, leading and implementing marketing & sales strategies at the international level.

* Develop strategic initiatives that enhance the image, awareness and profitability of the organization.

* Business development and effective coordination with company’s international stake holder(s)

AGE:
40-50 years

2. GENERAL MANAGER (Marketing)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 15-15 years experience out of which at least 05 years in a similar position. The incumbent should be target oriented, optimize and ready to accept challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Formulate & implement marketing strategies and action plans to achieve short & long term operative results.

* Corporate advertisement and brand management.

* Establish and maintain strategic, relationship with advertisement agencies and other key external contacts to facilitate the business.

* Conduct market research / surveyors and explore potential market.

AGE:
40-50 years

3. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Make to Drink Products)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed FMCG organization with an exceptional track record, in the same capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To formulate business development strategies for the pertinent division.

* To forecast sales targets in-line with overall corporate objectives of the organization.

* To conduct market analysis, identify market threats, monitor competitor’s activities and initiation of corrective actions.

* Should be updated concerning latest trends in the market and provide fresh thought for new product development.

* To provide strategic direction to the business of the division.

AGE:
35-45 years

4. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Springley Bulk Water)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization in the same capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To plan, develop and implement sales strategies.

* Sales operational planning and execution as per set standards

* To maintain professional relationship with corporate key customers.

* To ensure the achievement of annual sales targets and explore new business opportunities.

* Trading and team development.

AGE:
35-45 years

5. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Fast Natural Medicines)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years experience of pharmaceutical or related products in the same capacity with a renowned organization (s), incumbent should be focused and ready to accept challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Overall responsibility of divisional sales functions, strategic planning and monitoring & control of sales activities.

* Launching of new product (s) and related coordination for successful marketing / promotion activities along with monitoring of its successful business.

* Conduct market analysis, identify market threats, monitor competitor’s activities and initiative of corrective actions.

AGE:
35-45 years

6. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Form Products)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed FMCG organization with an exceptional track record, in the same capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To formulate business development strategies for the pertinent division.

* To ensure achievement of annual sales targets and explore new business opportunities.

* Establish and maintain effective relationship with key accounts.

* Launching of new product(s) and related coordination for successful marketing / promotion activities along with monitoring of its successful business.

AGE:
35-45 years

7. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Ready to Drink Products)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years of progressive experience in Juices and carbonated soft drinks with an exceptional track record, in the same capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To formulate & implement sales strategies and action plans.

* To ensure achievement of annual sales targets and explore new business opportunities.

* Establish and maintain effective relationship with key accounts.

* Launching of new product(s) and related coordination for successful marketing promotion activities along with monitoring of its successful business.

AGE:
35-45 years

8. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Consumer Products)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Masters degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed FMCG organization with an exceptional track record, in the same capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To formulate business development strategies for the pertinent division.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Master degree / BBA (Hons.) from a reputed national or foreign institution. Having 08-10 years experience of channels/distribution management in a well-reputed organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To formulate channels strategies for different divisions with consultation of concerned authorities.

* To develop and maintain existing distributor’s data in-line with the defined strategies.

* To compile distributors contracts for different divisions and ensure receipts of the same before starting the deal.

* To collect sales information of different distributors and their analysis / performance review as per set SOPs.

* Close contact with the distributors regarding company’s policies / projects.
