Marketing Director - Lahore

A mutlinational FMCG requires Marketing Director to market their flavors and energy drinks. Position based in Lahore, reporting to the Marketing Director CSD. Please see the job description below:

Role:
•Develop marketing strategy & programmes to deliver growth for Flavors & Energy in NAPPBU – existing and new markets.
•Build and develop Innovation Pipeline for BU.
•Manage new launches & on-going initiatives across individual markets with oversight via Director CSD's.
•Create and share best practice tools and competitive activity across BU
•Coach and develop MU partner for succession planning (TBC).

Marketing Strategies and Annual Operating Plan Development:
•Develop long term Marketing Strategy for the Flavors and Energy portfolios, with oversight from CSD Marketing Director.
•Develop relevant, impactful plans with BU/MU alignment during AOP process.
•Ensure best-in-class development and execution of marketing programs in accordance with BU/MU strategies, economics and operating principles.
•Development and recommendation of BFY innovation strategies for BU
•Build insights / become local market representative of BU in Pakistan Bev MU
Share global best practices & competitive activity
•Share global & regional Flavors & Energy competitive activity with MU's.
•Develop & share global best practices on Flavors & Energy.
Coach & develop MU partners (TBC)
