Product Manager Education - Health - Housing Finance - Retail & Saving Products - Islamabad

The First Micro Finance Bank Ltd.(FMFB), established in 2002 as the first private sector micro finance bank in Pakistan under the micro finance institutions ordinance, is a premier non commercial bank, regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan. They are looking to fill in the following positions at the moment:

Job Position: Product Manager – Education Product (Code: PME P-01)
Job Position: Product Manager – Health (Code: PMEP-02)
Job Position: Product Manager – Housing Finance (Code: PMEP-03)
Job Position: Product Manager – Retail & Saving Products (Code : PMEP-04)

Location:
Head Office: Islamabad

Qualification Required:
* Master Degree (MBA, Finance (Preferred) or equivalent from a reputable University.

Experience:

* 7 to 10 years experience in the banking sector, as a Product or Product Marketing.

Job Profile:
* Develop the product strategy and roadmap
* Undertake activities for developing/refining the education product based on primary research in the field;
* Finalize product pilot test and formal launch./annual implementation plans (inclusive of quarterly and annual targets) in coordination with the Area Manager and Client Markets;
* Be aware of market competition and coordinate with the Marketing Department for development and implementation of the marketing strategy;
* Develop revenue and cost forecast for the product;
* Set Pricing to met revenue and profitability goals in coordination with Treasury and Business Management;
* Provide technical support to the Area Managers for the effective implementation of the product; training of Product Coordinators, trouble-shooting;
* Train staff for pilot test;
* Identify alternate distribution channels for the delivery of products;
* Monitor compliance of Product Policies;
* Monitor the performance of the product and achievement against budgets targets;
* Coordinate with the administration, HR IT, Audit. Training and Development, marketing and Finance department for the smooth implementation the product

Other Essential Attributes:

* The application should be well versed with SBP policies and prudential regulations; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu);
* Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products,
* Excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Must be willing to travel throughout Pakistan.
