QUALITY ASSUROR - Karachi

ITSec Pvt Ltd. an ISO certified UK based Software House requires a QUALITY ASSUROR for its Karachi Office.

DESCRIPTION:
- Experience in software development processes and automated testing.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining test strategies/procedur es.
- Performing functional and regression testing on web and desktop applications both manual and automated.
- Performing test activities, recording results in a defect tracking tool and actively facilitating Change Control.
- Responsible for writing Test Cases, test report and Test scripts.
- Assess product quality at various stages of the SDLC and test and approve the final product as specified in the test plan, test cases and acceptance criterion.
- Implement quality assurance plan, procedures and standards for various stages of the SDLC.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years experience in Software Process Engineering with focus on quality standards, policies & procedure writing and internal auditing.
Good understanding of International Standards and Frameworks i.e. ISO 90012000

Sound Software Engineering skills and practices.
Self motivated, having a passion for learning
Excellent Communication, team playing and Inter personal skills
Able to conduct training, audits in professional and efficient manner
Very good knowledge of SQA Activities and Automation tools
Good documentation skills
Detailed understanding of SDLC and should be familiar with quality methodologies such as ISO
Ability to work well in pressure to meet deadlines
Should be Computer Science graduate or equivalent
