Position reports to QA Manager for one of the leading call centers in Pakistan

To effectively & efficiently maintain the Quality of Service of the leading Contact Centre by evaluating the calls against non competitive benchmarking i.e. internal benchmarking & bridging the gap amongst agents regarding Quality functions & Standards

* Design-in (Live) Evaluations
* Delivered out( Recorded) Evaluations
* Preshifts
* QC Sessions (Training and Feedback)
* Calls Callibration
* Absenteeism
