Experience: about 10 years

Qualification: LLB

Responsibilities:

Implementation of HR related policies.
Recruitment & Selection related activities.
Annual appraisal activities
Assist Head of HR in formulation of compensation and benefits policies.
Maintain liaison with Health Insurance Companies, EOBI and ESSI for timely payments, registration of employees.
Maintain cordial relations with the Workers Union (CBA). Attend meetings to negotiate Charter of Demand. Attend periodic meeting with CBA. Ensure execution of Union Agreements in time. Manage various activities related to Workers discipline, viz., Charge Sheets, Enquiries, Disciplinary Actions, etc.
