To ensure smooth operation of all services as per internal instructions & technical guidelines of the suppliers.

2. To prepare the shift roster & ensure proper shift coverage according to production requirements.

3. Calculation of energy data for account department.

4. Would be responsible for CDM implementation in utilities.

5. To plan & provide necessary training & development for all staff under control.

6. Responsible for maintaining GMP & good housekeeping and hygiene in the utilities area.

7. Responsible for updating of all equipment history cards and feeding of done AMM work orders.

8. Responsible to check sectional line labs performance, Updating of ICP cards, equipment calibration history and control over any deviation.

9. Extending cooperation to technical store for spare parts availability as given ROL.

10. Handling In house contractors.

11. Preparation of 11th of moon & shut down jobs as per system preventive maintenance schedule.
