PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors degree in Food Tech/Dairy Tech or Diploma in Culinary with knowledge of western style desserts, cake baking & decoration is essential.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


* Developing innovative products and carrying out process development activities.
* Conduct product performance and shelf life testing.
* Giving unique ideas to Decorate and plate various pastries and desserts
* Possess a degree of creativity in order to successfully create new ideas.
* Interact with customers on a frequent basis also require excellent customer service skills.
