Job Description
Grow customer portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs
Resolve client queries without further escalation
Analise financial requirements of customer and match with bank's product offerings
Solicit new to Bank and new to product leads from the Excel or Priority business segments
Collaborate with product specialists, to deliver effective customer solutions
Operate within Risk & Compliance requirements/ framework
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The role holder is primarily responsible for driving profitable volume growth through value added sales and service incorporating the full range of Consumer Banking products offered. They manage an assigned portfolio of customers within the Excel or Priority business segments and work collaboratively with product specialists from various Value Centers when required to further increase sales
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum graduation from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan accredited institution
Minimum five years branch banking experience with at least two year in lead role
Excellent core knowledge of Credit Risk Analysis
Full aware of Customer Relationship Management methods and principles
Current knowledge of Legal & Regulatory framework governing branch banking in Pakistan
Market. competition and banking products savvy
Well honed sales and sales force management skills
