Head of Human Resource - Karachi

An established joint venture development Finance institution seeks a high caliber head of human resource to lead the division within the company.
Ideally the candidate should
** Be either heading or holding a senior position in the human resource department of an "A" rated institution.
** Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills
** Be well organized with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and operate within strict deadlines.
** Must possess strong leadership skills
** Be under 45 years of age, and have at least 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
